Information we collect

Information you give us through forms. When you request a free mockup, request a free SEO audit, or contact us, we collect the details you submit — which may include your name, email address, phone number, business name, website URL, industry, project goals, timeline, and any message or description you provide.

A record of which form you used. Each submission notes its source (for example, the mockup or audit page) so we can respond in context.

Automatically collected usage data. Like most websites, we (and our providers) collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device, referring page, and pages viewed, using cookies and similar technologies. We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors find and use the site so we can improve it.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

How we use your information

To respond to your request and provide the mockup, audit, quote, or information you asked for; to communicate with you about a potential or active project; to operate, secure, and improve the website; and to comply with legal obligations.

We process this information because you asked us to (to respond to your inquiry), because we have a legitimate interest in running and improving our business, or to meet legal requirements.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our business (for example, website hosting and analytics such as Google Analytics), who may process data on our behalf, and with legal and safety recipients where required by law or to protect our rights.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and for analytics. We use Google Analytics, with Google Consent Mode, to measure in aggregate how visitors find and use the site; it sets cookies such as _ga. We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies. Cookie preferences are managed through our cookie notice (provided by CookieYes): you can opt out of analytics at any time by selecting “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” in the notice and saving your choice. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Data retention

We keep form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you, pursue a potential engagement, and meet our legal and record-keeping needs, then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you’ve given us, or to stop contacting you, by emailing andrewhpate16@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights.

Texas & other U.S. states: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

California (CCPA/CPRA): California residents may request disclosure or deletion of personal information and may opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” — note that we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request.

To exercise any right, email andrewhpate16@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
